What I do with your data

Last updated 26 August 2026

Short version: the only personal data I collect is what you type into the form on this site, I use it to send you the audit you asked for, and I do not sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.

Who is responsible

N.L. Pameijer, trading as Losada Partners, a Dutch sole proprietorship registered at Landzichtlaan 70, 2101 ZK Heemstede, the Netherlands. KVK 77141946. I am the data controller for everything described on this page.

Questions, or want your data gone? Email nicolas@losadapartners.com.

What I collect

  • Your email address, if you enter it into the form on this site.
  • Your channel or profile link, and anything you type into the optional "what have you already tried" box.
  • Your answers to the five questions in the product diagnostic, if you answered them. They are sent along with your email so the audit I write is actually about you.
  • Anything you send me directly by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or phone, and anything you tell me on a call.

That is the whole list. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no cookie banner on this site, because there are no cookies to consent to.

Why I use it, and on what legal basis

  • To write and send you the audit you requested. Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
  • To reply to you and, if we get that far, to discuss a partnership. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted me.
  • To meet Dutch bookkeeping and tax obligations, if you become a creator partner. Legal basis: legal obligation.

I do not use your data to build a marketing list, and I will not email you about anything other than what you asked for unless you tell me otherwise.

Who else sees it

Nobody I do not need. I am a one-person business and there is no team, no sales floor and no data broker in the picture. The tools I use in the ordinary course of running things may process your data on my behalf:

  • Web3Forms, which carries the audit form from this site to my inbox. They hold the submission for 30 days and then delete it.
  • Google (Gmail), for email.
  • Calendly, if you book a call.
  • Vercel, which hosts this site and keeps standard server logs.
  • An e-signature service, only if you go on to sign a contract.
  • Whop, only for creator partners, to handle checkout and the revenue split.

Some of these are based outside the EU. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. I never sell your data, and I never share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long I keep it

  • Audit requests and conversations: kept for as long as there is a reason to keep them, which normally means while we are still talking or while a partnership is a realistic possibility. Ask me to delete it and I will, whenever you ask.
  • Creator partners: contracts and financial records are kept for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it. That part I cannot delete on request.

I am one person, not a company with a retention system running in the background. So rather than promise you an automatic deletion date I would have to remember, the commitment is simpler: ask and it is gone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what I do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to my using it at all. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, and that does not affect anything done before you did.

Email nicolas@losadapartners.com and I will action it within 30 days. There is no form and no process to go through. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This site sets none. Your palette preference and anything else the page needs is held in memory and gone the moment you close the tab.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is significant and I hold your email, I will tell you directly.
