You built the audience.
I build the digital product behind it.
I work with educational YouTube and Instagram creators who have the audience but nothing to sell them. I build and run the entire digital product business for you: offer, funnel, copy, checkout, and the interactive tools most operators can't code.
Why a digital product?
Your audience already wants to buy something from you. Free videos get people interested. They do not get them results.

Product formats
The right product depends on your niche, how your audience behaves and how much of your time you're willing to trade for revenue. Usually it's one of these, or two of them stacked so the cheap one feeds the expensive one.
- Sells while you sleep, with no ongoing time cost. The low price means the largest slice of your audience can afford it, so it converts better than any other format.
- All the work happens before any money does. Completion rates are low, so it produces thin proof for the next launch.
- The same passive economics with several times the revenue per sale. At this price the buyer takes it seriously, which lifts both completion and results.
- Needs a real sales process: a VSL, proper positioning, objection handling. It will not sell from a single story post.
- Delivered live, so nothing is built in advance and revenue can land within weeks. The recordings become a course afterwards, so one launch makes two products.
- You show up on a fixed schedule for the whole run, and a cohort caps out before the experience starts to degrade.
- A workshop, masterclass or challenge on a fixed date. Nothing is built in advance and the deadline is real, so it is the fastest honest way to find out what your audience will pay for. The recording becomes a product the next day.
- It happens once, and every sale has to be made before the date, so there is no long tail. If turnout is thin you find that out live.
- The highest revenue per sale by a distance. Ten spots can beat a course launch to your entire audience, and there is no product to build first.
- The lowest conversion rate, because most of your audience cannot afford it. You are trading hours again, just at a far better rate.
- Recurring revenue instead of launch spikes, which is the most predictable income you can build. Members answer each other, so it gets easier to run as it grows.
- Churn is relentless and keeping members is harder than getting them. It needs energy every week, and a quiet community actively damages your brand.
- The fastest thing to produce and cheap enough to buy on impulse. Its real job is turning a follower into a buyer for the first time.
- Rarely worth building for the revenue alone. Low perceived value, easy to copy, and it hands over information rather than a result.
- Calculators, trackers and quiz funnels built around your niche. Nobody in your space can copy it off a template, and it outperforms a static page as a lead magnet.
- It has to be written, so it takes longer than anything else here and it needs someone who can actually code. That is the reason almost no operator offers it.
The whole build
I build the whole commercial backend, end to end, and I keep running it after launch. All I need from you is a few hours in total.
Your side of it: one deep session where I take your expertise apart, sign-off before anything goes live, and the content you were already making. Nothing else lands on your desk.
Why not just use AI?
You have the same tools I do. Here is the honest difference.
- Writes a draft in seconds
- Rewrites it as many times as you like
- Suggests angles, names and headlines
- Writes a first version of the code
- Watches your content
- Understands your audience
- Chooses the offer
- Says no when it will not sell
- Sets the price
- Builds and wires it
- Launches it
- Fixes what leaks, every month after
- Do it yourself. Every hour on the funnel is an hour you are not filming, writing or posting. And it is never one week of hours, it keeps asking for them. So you post less. The audience grows slower. And the product you just built has fewer people left to sell it to.
Which digital product should you launch?
Most creators launch the wrong thing first: a $997 course to an audience that would have bought a $47 guide, or a community that needs weekly energy they do not have. Choosing right is worth more than executing well.
Answer five questions
They are about your audience and how much time you have. It tells you what to build first, why that one, and the funnel it needs. If you are not a fit, it says that too.
This runs on a rule set, not magic. It's a starting point. The call is where it gets specific to your audience.

Paste your channel or profile below. I go through it properly, then record you a Loom of under five minutes walking through what I found. Built on your actual content, not a template. It lands within one or two days, and there is nothing to pay.
Enter a valid email address first.
Your details are used to send you the audit and nothing else. See the privacy notice.
Who is actually building this
I'm Nicolas Losada Pameijer. I run Losada Partners from Amsterdam, with 5 creator partners at a time, because this model only works if I go deep on each one.
I work specifically with educational creators. Not lifestyle, not entertainment. If your audience shows up to learn something from you, there is an offer hiding in that.
I did my education at Consulting.com and build using the strategies they teach: offer construction, positioning, pricing, organic acquisition and the delivery systems that turn an audience into a business with real margin. The same playbook behind much of the online education industry, pointed at creators who already have the attention.
From first call to first sale
- Where your funnel leaks, or where it is missing entirely
- Which offer your audience is already asking you for
- What I would build first, and roughly what it could earn
That is the whole process, from first look to launch day.

I work with 5 creator partners at a time, so not everyone gets a yes. Here is who this works for, and who it really does not.
- Audience 10K–100K on YouTube or Instagram, ideally both
- Engagement 3% or higher, because below that the follower count is vanity
- Content Educational, expert-positioning. You teach something
- Niche Personal transformation: health, wealth or relationships
- Language English or Dutch-speaking audience, wherever they happen to live
- Products None yet, or one that underperforms
- Entertainment-first audiences, who came to be entertained rather than taught
- You already have a team and a product that converts, so you don't need me
Reading that and recognising yourself? That is the whole qualifying test.

First I go through your channel or profile and send you a five-minute video with what I found. Then, if you want to, we talk it through and see what feels right. If I do not see a business in there, I will tell you that instead.
